Project objectives
Overall objective: to contribute to strengthened rule of law and democratic governance in North Macedonia by enhancing the effectiveness, transparency, and public accountability of rule of law reform related to the EU accession process, particularly under Chapter 23.
Specific objective: to improve evidence-based monitoring, public understanding, and media scrutiny of rule of law reform implementation by translating reform commitments and delays into clear, accessible information on progress and consequences for institutions, citizens, and the state.
