Signed grant contracts with three organizations to strengthen civil involvement in PAR
EPI signed Grant Contracts with three Civil Society Organizations that will work on projects about citizen’s engagement with the Public Administration Reform at local level.
The Consumers Organization of Macedonia will implement a 10-month project where they’ll work on digitalization and modernization of the public communal services in Ohrid. The Center for social innovation Blink 42-21 will work on a 10-month project for utilizing the technology for improving the public services though the digital platform Community. Pro Local will work on a 14-month project aimed at making the digital municipality closer to the citizens in Bitola.
Thematically and through specific activities, the projects supported through the grant scheme will be strongly integrated into the structure of the WeBER 3.0 Project and will directly contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the project.
For the selected grantees from all the countries of the Western Balkans, a three-day training was organized in Belgrade, which included two days dedicated to design thinking methodology and one day dedicated to financial management procedures and good practices in the field of project management.
The grant scheme is part of the project “Western Balkan Enablers for Reforming Public Administrations – WeBER 3.0” implemented by the network of civil society organizations “Think for Europe”, financed by the European Union, presented by the European Commission and co-financed by Austria development agency.
