A think tank forum between Macedonia and Poland was held today, as a part of the working visit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland H.E. Jacek Czaputowicz with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Macedonia, H.E. Nikola Dimitrov. The both ministries opened the forum of think tanks.

The representatives from the think tanks discussed the experience of Poland in terms of its Euro-Atlantic integration, as well as the relationship of Poland and Macedonia with Russia and Asia. Furthermore, the discussion also focused on the effects of local municipality authorities’ cooperation, cross-border cooperation, as well as the benefits from the Berlin Process.

  • Ms. Adriana SKORUPSKA, Analyst, Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM)

Moderator: Aleksandar Jovanoski, Programme Coordinator at the European Policy Institute

The think tank forum was held for the first time as a part of the Skopje Conference, which is a mechanism for bilateral cooperation between Republic of Poland and Republic of Macedonia, established in 2010. More info on the document attached below.
