The European Policy Institute (EPI) – Skopje is seeking an Expert on External Evaluation to assess the implementation of its 2022-2026 Strategic Work Plan. The evaluation will focus on EPI’s Democracy and Rule of Law Program, the quality of policy research, advocacy efforts, and organizational governance.

💰 Total Fee: 3,000 EUR

🔹 Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in the civil society sector
- Minimum 5 evaluations of CSO projects
- Proficiency in Macedonian and English (Albanian is an asset)
