PAR Principles Mainstreaming In Sectoral Policies – Public Financial Management

In this report, we have analysed the public finance management of the MTC, focusing on public procurements and whether they are implemented efficiently and cost-effectively. The public procurement legislation, which is largely in line with the European Union (EU) public procurement legislation, will provide the basis for the successful negotiations of North Macedonia with the EU, as well as for the accomplishment of the top priority, the accession to the EU.
