The European Policy Institute (EPI) – Skopje, on 28th of September 2016, held a methodological workshop in the hotel “Bellevue” in Skopje, with experts participating in the project “JUstice: Governance for growth MoNiTor – JudGMeNT”. The workshop was held in order to coordinate the methodology for monitoring the priorities in the area of Justice:

  • Improve efficiency and competence: review the quality, efficiency and competence of judges and the courts;
  • Improve judicial cooperation in free access to information, crossborder enforcement and cross-border proceedings in bankruptcy and take-over and mergers;
  • Support ADR: Introduce or improve the legislation on ADR and enable proper legal and institutional cooperation with the judiciary and the enforcement system.

The participants discussed about the preparation of the initial report, the monitoring briefs, monitoring reports for each priority and the final policy paper.

The project JUstice: Governance for growth MoNiTor – JudGMeNT is financed by the Regional Cooperation Council.
