We are pleased to share that we were awarded a grant under the Support to European Integration of North Macedonia project, implemented by UNOPS in partnership with the Ministry for European Affairs and supported by Sweden and Switzerland.
Our action, Decode the EU – Communicating EU policies together, builds on EPI’s analytical expertise and its experience in communicating EU reforms through evidence-based tools. It adopts a methodology based on three working packages, that combines structured training, practical work, and innovative dissemination. This approach ensures both immediate skill development and long-term institutional sustainability through digital resources and multi-stakeholder cooperation.
The objective of our project is to strengthen the capacity of media to support transparent, evidence-based, and gender-responsive communication on EU integration in North Macedonia through enhanced journalistic skills, sustainable knowledge-sharing, and cooperation with EU and national institutions.

The initiative reaffirms the important role of civil society, media, institutions, and citizens in strengthening public understanding, democratic dialogue, and inclusive participation on North Macedonia’s path to EU membership.
