Policy Dialogues for Cross-Border Judicial Cooperation from SEE2020
The European Policy Institute – Skopje on 28.11.2016, in the hotel “Holiday Inn”, organized a policy dialogue on judicial cooperation for free access to information, and cross-border enforcement, cross-border proceedings in bankruptcy, acquisitions and mergers. The dialogue was organized as a part of systematic effort to monitor the field of justice from the Strategy for Southeastern Europe 2020.
