Two day workshop of the project “Strengthening Consumers Organisations for Better Municipal Services in SEE”

In the framework of the project “Strengthening Consumers Organisations for Better Municipal Services in SEE”, European Policy Institute (EPI) and the Consumers Organization of Macedonia (OPM), organized two day workshop about BEUC. The project is funded by GIZ, and is implemented by TEN – Think for Europe Network. The workshop was held on 11.09 – 13.09.2015. The workshop covered the following topics: the role, functioning and priorities of BEUC – European Consumer Organisation; criteria’s and conditions to become a member of BEUC; public utilities issues that affect consumers; the needs of consumer organisations in order to develop further capacity building activities; activities and challenges consumer’s organizations are faced with.
