What effects will the legal changes on the Law on Courts produce?
The European Policy Institute – Skopje held a focus group with judges from the Stip Court of Appeal area, with the aim to identify the problems which courts in the Republic of Macedonia are facing. The event took place in Stip on 10 October 2018.
Besides identifying the key problematic areas in the functioning of the courts, the focus group was also aimed at foreseeing the effects that the changes in the Law on Courts will take, as well as proposing better alternatives for the upcoming legal changes.
The focus group is first of the four focus groups envisaged to be held in all four court appellate areas in Macedonia.
