The financial framework for the grants is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Maximum Grant Amount:<\/b>&nbsp;EUR 16,000<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Indicative Average order to be eligible for a grant, the applicant must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Be a&nbsp;<b>legal entity<\/b>;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Be&nbsp;<b>non-profit making<\/b>;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Be&nbsp;<b>a civil society organisation<\/b>&nbsp;whose activities are implemented&nbsp;<b>at national and\/or local level<\/b>&nbsp;(i.e. within one or more local self-government units);<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Demonstrate active engagement and relevant experience in&nbsp;<b>one or more thematic areas relevant to this Call for Proposals<\/b>, through its mandate, previous or ongoing activities, research, monitoring or advocacy work;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Be&nbsp;<b>registered in one of the following countries<\/b>: North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Kosovo,&nbsp;<b>at least six (6) months<\/b>&nbsp;prior to the publication of this Call for Proposals;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Be&nbsp;<b>directly responsible<\/b>&nbsp;for the preparation and management of the action, and&nbsp;<b>not acting as an intermediary<\/b>;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Have&nbsp;<b>sufficient operational and financial capacity<\/b>&nbsp;to carry out the proposed action;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Not be a beneficiary of funding under the EU Civil Society Facility (CSF) and Media Programme (Reference No. EuropeAid\/179703\/DH\/ACT\/Multi)<\/b>&nbsp;for the same implementation period of the proposed action.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Thematic Priorities of the CfP&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Integration with the EU Single Market;<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Regional integration through the Common Regional Market;<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Priority
