Si nj\u00eb vend kandidat, Maqedonia e Veriut pritet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb plot\u00eb me Konvent\u00ebn e Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebs (KKDF) dhe Protokollet e saj Shtes\u00eb, si dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebshmoj\u00eb p\u00ebrparim t\u00eb matsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Kapitullit 23\u2014Gjyq\u00ebsori dhe t\u00eb Drejtat Themelore t\u00eb acquis t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht, gjat\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb Rishikimit Periodik Universal (RPU), vendi mori disa rekomandime t\u00eb detajuara p\u00ebr forcimin e mbrojtjes ligjore, garantimin e zbatimit t\u00eb saj dhe adresimin e mang\u00ebsive sistemike n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ky dokument shqyrton shkall\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn vendi e ka p\u00ebrafruar kuadrin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve me rekomandimet e RPU-s\u00eb<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dhe Raportin e Progresit t\u00eb Komisionit Evropian p\u00ebr vitin 2024,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> me fokus t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin e arritur n\u00eb forcimin e kuadrit ligjor, politik dhe institucional. Analiza i kushton v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb aksesit, barazis\u00eb dhe mbrojtjes &#8211; ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nga grupet e margjinalizuara dhe t\u00eb cenueshme &#8211; duke evidentuar fushat kryesore ku zbatimi mbetet i pjessh\u00ebm, i fragmentuar ose i vonuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analiza ndjek grupet tematike t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb udh\u00ebzimet e raportimit t\u00eb Komitetit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e F\u00ebmij\u00ebve,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> duke ofruar nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb strukturuar dhe krahasues. \u00c7do seksion fillon me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb rekomandimeve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse nga RPU dhe Raporti i Progresit i BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si pika referimi p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e gjendjes aktuale t\u00eb zbatimit. Fushat kryesore tematike t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira jan\u00eb:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masat e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Zbatimit, duke u p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb ratifikimin e instrumenteve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, strategjit\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, mekanizmat e koordinimit dhe rolin e institucioneve t\u00eb pavarura;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00eb Drejtat dhe Lirit\u00eb Civile, me theks n\u00eb regjistrimin e lindjeve;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dhuna ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb kornizat strategjike, praktikat e d\u00ebmshme dhe mekanizmat e mbrojtjes institucionale;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arsimi, q\u00eb mbulon p\u00ebrfshirjen, heqjen e segregacionit, reformat ligjore dhe zhvillimin e arsimit dhe trajnimit profesional; dhe<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masa t\u00eb Ve\u00e7anta Mbrojt\u00ebse, q\u00eb adresojn\u00eb trafikimin dhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ky dokument synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim faktik ashtu edhe nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb kritike t\u00eb zhvillimeve komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha.
