Most of the time this works out fine. There are times, however, when you just cannot seem to get a handle on it. You believe you have resolved the situation, just to see the conflict flare up again. Apparently, there is more to it than meets the eye.<\/p>\n<p>It is necessary to reveal the undercurrent that affects the interaction between people in relationships and conflicts and to see things from a systemic perspective in order to achieve sustainable solutions.
