P\u00ebrderisa ka zhvillime t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta inkurajuese n\u00eb disa fusha t\u00eb politikave, bashk\u00ebrendimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i k\u00ebsaj fushe mbetet sfid\u00eb. N\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut, procesi i bllokuar i negociatave p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim kontribuon m\u00eb tej n\u00eb p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimin e koordinimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave themelore n\u00eb procesin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE. Projekti i propozuar do t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb fokus t\u00eb rip\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat themelore si pjes\u00eb e Kapitullit 23, si dhe n\u00eb rritjen e mir\u00ebkuptimit midis institucioneve kryesore shtet\u00ebrore dhe organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile t\u00eb fushave kryesore t\u00eb politikave. Synimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen kuptimplot\u00eb t\u00eb organizaate t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe dialogun e politikave mbi t\u00eb drejtat themelore n\u00eb provesin e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>Projekti synon nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb grupesh t\u00eb synuara, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb institucionet shtet\u00ebrore, gjegj\u00ebsisht ministrit\u00eb kryesore, organet e pavarura, organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e t\u00eb drejtave themelore, si dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb.
