Instituti p\u00ebr politik\u00eb evropiane dhe Akademia p\u00ebr gjyqtar\u00eb dhe prokuror\u00eb publik\u00eb “Pavell Shatev” organizojn\u00eb trajnime p\u00ebr trajner\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsim, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb trajner\u00ebt maqedonas t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit, aktual dhe t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb trajnohen me metoda dhe shkatht\u00ebsi moderne nga sfera.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn hyr\u00ebse t\u00eb trajnimit, drejtoresha e Akademis\u00eb p\u00ebr gjyqtar\u00eb dhe prokuror\u00eb publik\u00eb, dr. Natasha Gaber Damjanovska theksoi se gjeneratat e reja t\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebve dhe prokuror\u00ebve publik\u00eb duhet t\u00eb njihen me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimin q\u00eb nga fillimi dhe nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb edukimin e tyre. Ajo shtoi se ky trajnim \u00ebsht\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimi t\u00eb b\u00ebhet m\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb vend, q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb zgjidhen me nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsim.<\/p>\n

Z\u00ebvend\u00ebsministri i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Agim Nuhiu tha se Ligji i ri p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsim ka n\u00eb fokus forcimin e integritetit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuesit. Vet\u00ebm personi me integritet dhe teknika t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsoj\u00eb n\u00eb tejkalimin e nj\u00eb situate specifike kontestuese, por edhe n\u00eb promovimin dhe pranimin e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb konceptit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n
