Avokati i Popullit theksoi se \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb punohet p\u00ebr gjetjen dhe ruajtjen e nj\u00eb ekuilibri midis kufizimeve t\u00eb drejtave dhe vet\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ministri i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Bojan Mari\u00e7i\u00e7<\/strong> ra dakord me diskutant\u00ebt e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm se viti i kaluar ka qen\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht sfidues p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat themelore. Nga prezantimi i tij si nj\u00eb zhvillim ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ve\u00e7ohet fillimi i procesit t\u00eb hartimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb Ligji p\u00ebr Gjendjen e Jasht\u00ebzakonshme, i cili do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb trajtimin e situatave t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb ngjashme n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesi i Agjencis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat Themelore t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, Mihail Veis (Mikhail Weiss)<\/strong>, prezantoi gjetjet e raportit mbi t\u00eb drejtat themelore me nj\u00eb theks t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ndikimin e pandemis\u00eb KOVID-19. Si rezultatin kryesor t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb, ai p\u00ebrmendi rritjen\/fuqizimin e pabarazive ekzistuese.
