P\u00ebrmes arsimit cil\u00ebsor, brezat edukohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat, ligjet, mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb tyre por edhe t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, gj\u00eb q\u00eb kontribuon n\u00eb njohjen e kultur\u00ebs dhe vler\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme, por edhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs dhe vlerave evropiane. Me b\u00ebrjen e reformave dhe ndryshimeve n\u00eb arsim, por edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore, mund t\u00eb pritet p\u00ebrparim i madh dhe nj\u00eb hap p\u00ebrpara n\u00eb procesin e evropianizimit.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutimi \u201cShoq\u00ebria demokratike n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut dhe sfidat me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballet\u201d, kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrfshirjen e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb nj\u00eb diskutim debati q\u00eb do t\u00eb zbuloj\u00eb pik\u00ebpamjet e tyre mbi procesin e integrimit evropian dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e vendit. Ngjarja u zhvillua n\u00eb\u00a0 format t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb diskutimit qytetar\u00ebt pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs fillimisht diksutuan pik\u00ebpamjet dhe mendimet e tyre. Krahas zgjidhjeve dhe rekomandimeve t\u00eb propozuara gjat\u00eb diskutimit, ata gjithashtu formuan pyetje n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;i b\u00ebr\u00eb pyetje ekspertit t\u00eb fush\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Si pjes\u00eb e diskutimit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve nga rajoni i Ohrit dhe i Strug\u00ebs, ishte i ftuar edhe profesori nga Instituti p\u00ebr hulumtime sociologjike dhe politiko-juridike n\u00eb Universitetin \u201cSh\u00ebn Kirili dhe Metodi\u201d n\u00eb Shkup, <strong>Goran Janev, <\/strong>si ekspert n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb diskutimit i cili dha drejtp\u00ebrdrejt shpjegime shtes\u00eb t\u00eb pyetjeve t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve. Diskutimi u moderua nga profesori Abdulla Azizi nga Universiteti i Evrop\u00ebs Juglindore.<\/p>\n<p>Pabarazia gjinore \u00ebsht\u00eb tem\u00eb diskutimi e gjer\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit theksuan se shumica e grave ndihen t\u00eb shtypura dhe t\u00eb diskriminuara nga popullata mashkullore. Megjith\u00ebse ekziston rregullimi ligjor p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tilla, shumica e shembujve t\u00eb jet\u00ebs reale thon\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. Raste t\u00eb tilla si diskriminimi gjinor n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, paaft\u00ebsia p\u00ebr t\u00eb raportuar dhun\u00ebn sepse askush nuk do t\u00eb besoj\u00eb, dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera provojn\u00eb ep\u00ebrsin\u00eb e burrave n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. U theksua se \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerren veprime q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb barazis\u00eb gjinore.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit diskutuan edhe rreth perspektiv\u00ebs pozitive t\u00eb pozit\u00ebs s\u00eb femr\u00ebs n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs. Pabarazia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb perceptim i individualitetit dhe ne nuk duhet t\u00eb kufizojm\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrshtasim mendimin ton\u00eb me mendimin e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Ka shum\u00eb shembuj q\u00eb v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb se grat\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb pozicione t\u00eb larta deri n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet puna dhe mundi i tyre. Vet\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb pabarazit\u00eb, pa marr\u00eb masa, nuk do t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb situat\u00ebn aktuale. Kur pik\u00ebpamja individuale dhe m\u00ebnyra e t\u00eb menduarit hapet ndaj ndryshimeve moderne edhe vet\u00ebdija kolektive mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit iu referuan largimit t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb vendet evropiane. Sipas tyre, vendi po humbet t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb distanc\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe nga standardet dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb evropiane. Shumica e t\u00eb rinjve shkojn\u00eb ose planifikojn\u00eb t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr arsim ose pun\u00eb. Probleme t\u00eb tilla si partizimi n\u00eb pothuajse \u00e7do nivel t\u00eb shtetit, si dhe burimet e vogla t\u00eb disponueshme p\u00ebr avancim jan\u00eb arsyet pse shteti humbet rinin\u00eb, dhe k\u00ebshtu edhe mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillim. I gjith\u00eb procesi i migrimit, sipas pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve, do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb me mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, n\u00ebse shteti nuk b\u00ebn p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn t\u00eb afrohet me fuqit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-16842 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/goran-janev.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"529\" srcset=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/goran-janev.jpg 300w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/goran-janev.jpg 768w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/goran-janev.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/goran-janev.jpg 1506w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Profesori Janev, nga ana e tij, theksoi se marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebretnike kan\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb historike. Sistemi &#8220;demokratik&#8221; karakterizohet nga etnokracia, dhe qytetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb predispozuar politikisht t\u00eb grupeve etnike q\u00eb artikulojn\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e tyre politike p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve. Ne, qytetar\u00ebt, jemi privuar nga procesi i pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri duke u shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb entitete etnike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb shtet duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb tre shtylla q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb demokracin\u00eb: ligji, ekzekutivi dhe gjyq\u00ebsori. Subjektet politike jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb vendosin p\u00ebr shtetin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mira p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Fakti q\u00eb pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht i vendosur n\u00eb partit\u00eb politike \u00e7on n\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsimin e sistemit demokratik. Evropianizimi do t\u00eb filloj\u00eb kur t\u00eb refuzojm\u00eb politizimin dhe interesat e vendosura etnikisht,&#8221; tha profesori Janev.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, vet\u00eb shtresimi klasor dhe heqja e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve \u00e7on n\u00eb humbjen e besimit dhe shpres\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, si dhe n\u00eb rritjen e ndjenj\u00ebs s\u00eb jo-p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb komunitet. Nd\u00ebrsa qytetar\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb, uniteti humbet.
