N\u00ebse nuk marrim masa p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur burimet ujore, shum\u00eb leht\u00eb mund t\u2019i humbasim ato n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme. Mbrojtja e ujit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e brendshme ekonomike dhe mjedisore, por edhe nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje evropiane. Le t\u00eb mbrojm\u00eb burimet tona ujore n\u00eb plan afatgjat\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i humbasim ato n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme,&#8221; tha Presidenti Stevo Pendarovski n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebse p\u00ebr konferenc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ambasadorja e Britanis\u00eb, Rachel Galloway tha se monitorimi aktual i cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe sasis\u00eb s\u00eb ujit \u00ebsht\u00eb i pap\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pamje realiste t\u00eb gjendjes aktuale t\u00eb burimeve ujore.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nuk ka monitorim dhe vler\u00ebsim sistematik dhe t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, dhe autoritetet nuk mund t\u00eb marrin t\u00eb dh\u00ebna adekuate t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb ujit. Ministri i mjedisit dhe planifikimit hap\u00ebsinor, Naser Nuredini gjithashtu adresoi k\u00ebt\u00eb problem.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ne jemi duke investuar n\u00eb impiantin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb pastrimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotur n\u00eb Shkup dhe kemi filluar projekte p\u00ebr Manastirin, K\u00ebr\u00e7ov\u00ebn dhe Tetov\u00ebn. Ne jemi t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm e t\u00eb past\u00ebr p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb. Ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb punoni me ne, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsim p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e k\u00ebtyre problemeve&#8221;, tha ministri Nuredini.<\/p>\n<p>Profesori nga Institutit t\u00eb Biologjis\u00eb, Svetoslav Krsti\u00e7 tha se megjith\u00ebse uj\u00ebrat jan\u00eb rrjedha n\u00eb vend, ato helmohen me substanca t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme. &#8220;Disa kan\u00eb iden\u00eb se ajo q\u00eb l\u00ebshohet n\u00eb lumenj do t\u00eb zhduket, por kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Sistemet tona lumore, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, jan\u00eb regjistruar si ekosisteme \u2018t\u00eb vdekura\u2019&#8221; tha profesori Krsti\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Jadranka Ivanova, eksperte prej koh\u00ebsh n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e burimeve ujore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur standardet e BE-s\u00eb, 1.7 miliard\u00eb euro duhen p\u00ebr pastrimin e ujit urban dhe 87 impiante t\u00eb pastrimit, dhe direktivat e BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushen deri n\u00eb vitin 2041.<\/p>\n<p>Orhideja Kaljoshevska nga Korniza e investimeve p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor tha se nd\u00ebrhyrjet n\u00eb impiantet e pastrimit jan\u00eb investimet m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjta q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mbulohen nga vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb donator ose vet\u00ebm nga buxheti i shtetit dhe se projektet mjedisore mund t\u00eb zbatohen p\u00ebrmes IPA programit p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimit kufitar.
