Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, ligji \u00ebsht\u00eb kriter i direktivave t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejt\u00eb \u201ce but\u00eb\u201d, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspekt i harmonizimit t\u00eb disa dispozitave me praks\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, \u00ebsht\u00eb nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jemi n\u00eb gjendje t\u2019i plot\u00ebsojm\u00eb kriteriumet n\u00eb kapitullin 19, politik\u00eb sociale dhe n\u00eb kapitullin 23, shpjegon Kacarska.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15229 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dimitrov-mnr.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"632\" srcset=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dimitrov-mnr.jpg 960w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dimitrov-mnr-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/dimitrov-mnr-768x506.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sipas saj, shteti duhet t\u00eb q\u00ebndron shum\u00eb mir\u00eb me shtetet-an\u00ebtare t\u00eb Bashkimit p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket harmonizimit me legjislacionin evropian, por ajo q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb punohet dhe q\u00eb mbetet sfid\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e ardhshme \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi i praks\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore dhe implementimi i disa ligjeve si\u00e7 jan\u00eb ligji p\u00ebr mbrojtje sociale, aspektet inkluzive t\u00eb ligjit p\u00ebr arsim fillor dhe dispozitat e reja p\u00ebr rregullim t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes.<\/p>\n<p>Drejtoresha e Institutit p\u00ebr politik\u00eb evropiane, Simonida Kacarska tha se Agjensioni p\u00ebrmes partner\u00ebve nacional p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb zhvillimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb legjislacion, dokumentet strategjike dhe politikat a miratuara nga institucionet.<br \/>\nNga p\u00ebrvoja gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb raportit, theksoi Kacarska, \u00e7\u00ebshtje kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb dokumentacioni.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0P\u00ebr at\u00eb apeloj q\u00eb institucionet n\u00eb faqet e tyre t\u00eb internetit t\u2019i dokumentojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha aktivitetet q\u00eb i nd\u00ebrmarrin, sepse kishim situata kur iu drejtuam ministrive dhe institucioneve t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb aktivitiet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ne jemi n\u00eb dijeni q\u00eb e kan\u00eb implementuar a nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb pr\u00ebfshir\u00eb n\u00eb faqen e tyre t\u00eb internetit. P\u00ebrndryshe ajo thjesht nuk egziston p\u00ebr Agjensionin, tha Kacarska.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb raport, thekson Kacarska, sh\u00ebnohet miratimi i Ligjit p\u00ebr mbrojtje nga diskriminimi i cili u shfuqizua nga Gjykata kushtetuese, ligji p\u00ebr mbrojtje sociale, aspektet inkluzive t\u00eb ligjit p\u00ebr arsim fillor, dispozitat e reja p\u00ebr rregullim t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb urrejtjes, me theks n\u00eb zbatimin e tyre dhe nd\u00ebrtimin e praks\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>Raporti i Agjensionit Evropian p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejta fundamentale u publikua m\u00eb 11 qershor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, ku p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe Britanis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira ishin edhe shteti yn\u00eb dhe S\u00ebrbia.
