Forumi mund\u00ebson njohuri burimore p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimet e publikut t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe ekspert\u00ebve dhe ndryshimin e q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrmes anket\u00ebs debatuese rreth mekanizmave p\u00ebr tranzicion efektiv demokratik n\u00eb Maqedoni e Veriut.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo metod\u00eb inovative kryhet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Qendr\u00ebn p\u00ebr demokraci deliberative t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Stenfordit n\u00eb SHBA. Projekti zbatohet n\u00eb nivel q\u00ebndror, duke i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb tet\u00eb rajonet planore t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut. Forumi do t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb debat\u00eb inovative p\u00ebr\u00a0 kuptimin e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb reformave n\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsor, pun\u00ebn e Kuvendit, reformat n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn publike, mbrotjen sociale dhe ligji p\u00ebr mbrojtje nga diskriminimi dhe ligji p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebt.
