The financial framework for the grants is as follows:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Maximum Grant Amount:<\/b>\u00a0EUR 16,000<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Indicative Average Grant:<\/b>\u00a0EUR 15,730<\/li><\/ul><p>The indicative regional distribution is planned as follows:<\/p><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Country<\/b><\/td><td><b>Number of Macedonia<\/td><td>3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Albania\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/td><td>3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Kosovo\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/td><td>3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Montenegro<\/td><td>3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>TOTAL<\/td><td>20<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p>In order to be eligible for a grant, the applicant must:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">Be a\u00a0<b>legal entity<\/b>;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Be\u00a0<b>non-profit making<\/b>;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Be\u00a0<b>a civil society organisation<\/b>\u00a0whose activities are implemented\u00a0<b>at national and\/or local level<\/b>\u00a0(i.e. within one or more local self-government units);<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Demonstrate active engagement and relevant experience in\u00a0<b>one or more thematic areas relevant to this Call for Proposals<\/b>, through its mandate, previous or ongoing activities, research, monitoring or advocacy work;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Be\u00a0<b>registered in one of the following countries<\/b>: North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Kosovo,\u00a0<b>at least six (6) months<\/b>\u00a0prior to the publication of this Call for Proposals;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Be\u00a0<b>directly responsible<\/b>\u00a0for the preparation and management of the action, and\u00a0<b>not acting as an intermediary<\/b>;<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Have\u00a0<b>sufficient operational and financial capacity<\/b>\u00a0to carry out the proposed action;<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Not be a beneficiary of funding under the EU Civil Society Facility (CSF) and Media Programme (Reference No. EuropeAid\/179703\/DH\/ACT\/Multi)<\/b>\u00a0for the same implementation period of the proposed action.<\/p><h3><b>Thematic Priorities of the CfP\u00a0<\/b><\/h3><ol><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Integration with the EU Single Market;<\/b><\/li><li
