Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb raporti i n\u00ebnt\u00eb i till\u00eb i publikuar nga Instituti p\u00ebr Politika Evropiane &#8211; Shkup (EPI), duke marr\u00eb parasysh komentet dhe opinionet e institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore dhe organizatave joqeveritare. Tet\u00eb periudhat e m\u00ebparshme mbulojn\u00eb periudhat n\u00eb vijim: tetor 2014 \u2013 korrik 2015,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">korrik 2015 \u2013 prill 2016,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">maj 2016 \u2013 janar 2018,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> qershor 2018 \u2013 mars 2019,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prill 2019 \u2013 mars 2020,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prill 2020 \u2013 shtator 2021,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tetor 2021 \u2013 shtator 2022<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dhe tetor 2022 &#8211; shtator 2023.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raporti mbulon periudh\u00ebn nga fillimi i tetorit 2023 deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shtatorit 2024. Ai p\u00ebrfshin gjithashtu t\u00eb dh\u00ebna relevante nga periudha para tetorit 2023, kur ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr kontekstualizimin ose sqarimin e risive t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs aktuale raportuese. Periudha e raportimit \u00ebsht\u00eb e harmonizuar me periudh\u00ebn raportuese t\u00eb Komisionit Evropian (KE) p\u00ebr Republik\u00ebn e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut (RMV). Ky draft-raport ndjek struktur\u00ebn e Kapitullit 23 t\u00eb raportit t\u00eb KE-s\u00eb, duke siguruar nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb sistemuar dhe t\u00eb krahasueshme. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb \u00e7do fushe, brenda nj\u00eb kornize t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, jan\u00eb paraqitur rekomandimet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Periudha raportuese u sh\u00ebnua nga p\u00ebrgatitja e Agjend\u00ebs s\u00eb Reformave t\u00eb Planit t\u00eb Rritjes s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb paket\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse masash p\u00ebr arritjen e objektivave t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb fushat prioritare t\u00eb dakord\u00ebsuara me KE, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb sundimin e ligjit.
