K\u00ebto vlera thelb\u00ebsore jan\u00eb themelore jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr kohezionin e brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e saj t\u00eb jashtme dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht politik\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb zgjerimit, e cila p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb qasje \u201cthemelet n\u00eb vend t\u00eb par\u00eb\u201d. BE-ja koh\u00ebt e fundit ka hapur der\u00ebn p\u00ebr vendet kandidate p\u00ebr disa nga mekanizmat dhe institucionet e saj kryesore t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb ligjit, t\u00eb tilla si Raporti i BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Sundimin e Ligjit, puna e Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtave Themelore dhe Komitetit Ekonomik dhe Social Evropian. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, Plani i Ri i Rritjes p\u00ebr Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor \u2013 nj\u00eb instrument i ri q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet zhvillimin socio-ekonomik dhe reformat e pranimit n\u00eb BE \u2013 ka vendosur sundimin e ligjit n\u00eb qend\u00ebr duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb parakushte p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e re financiare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. K\u00ebto iniciativa t\u00eb fundit tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet strategjike t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb parimet e sundimit t\u00eb ligjit t\u00eb respektohen gjat\u00eb integrimit t\u00eb rajonit n\u00eb BE.\u00a0<\/p><p>S\u00eb bashku, k\u00ebto iniciativa nxjerrin n\u00eb pah qasjen e dyfisht\u00eb t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur rritjen ekonomike dhe qeverisjen demokratike n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor. Megjithat\u00eb, sfidat q\u00eb lidhen me zbatimin e tyre n\u00ebnvizojn\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrsosje dhe mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar q\u00eb k\u00ebto mekanizma t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb ndikimin e tyre t\u00eb synuar.
