We talked about the Judiciary Hub, a resource created by Democracy Reporting International to provide analysis on the rule of law and judicial independence in the European Union member states. It covers various aspects of the justice systems, including indexes, surveys, implementation of European courts&#8217; rulings, and challenges faced by the judiciaries. The most pressing issues include politicization, lack of resources, length of proceedings, and enforcement of court decisions. The podcast also explores different models of judicial governance and the lessons that candidate countries can learn from EU member states.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The podcast was recorded as part of the project \u201cBuilding bridges for a common future: Rule of law in view of EU accession\u201d implemented by the European Policy Institute, financed by the European Union.
