Megjithat\u00eb,\u00a0<strong>nuk pritet q\u00eb kryesimi t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb pa sfida.<\/strong>\u00a0Disa nga ato vijn\u00eb nga vet\u00eb konstelacioni politik brenda Suedis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti \u2013 nga konstelacionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe gjendjet n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria minoritare e t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs qendrore Suedeze e ka mb\u00ebshtetjen e demokrat\u00ebve Suedez t\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb skajsh\u00ebm, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb\u00a0<strong>analist\u00ebt parashtrojn\u00eb pyetjen se n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb mase kjo do t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndikim mbi presidenc\u00ebn<\/strong>, kundrejt garancive t\u00eb Kryeministrit Kristerson se ndikimi i k\u00ebsaj partie do t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve t\u00eb brendshme politike suedeze.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sfida m\u00eb e madhe<\/strong>\u00a0sigurisht \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0<strong>lufta n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb dhe prej aty prioriteti i par\u00eb i programit \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cSiguri-unitet\u201d.<\/strong>\u00a0Vazhdimi i mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr Ukrain\u00ebn, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare prej 18 miliard\u00eb eurosh, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga detyrat e para. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e\u00a0<strong>konfiskimit t\u00eb mjeteve t\u00eb ngrira ruse<\/strong>\u00a0do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb\u00a0<strong>\u201cg\u00ebshtenj\u00eb e nxeht\u00eb\u201d<\/strong>. Edhe vet\u00eb Kryeministri suedez e pranon se disa aspekte t\u00eb k\u00ebtij prioriteti jan\u00eb t\u00eb paparashikueshme, por disa t\u00eb tjera \u2013 si vet\u00eb rrjedha e luft\u00ebs \u2013 nuk jan\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, Suedia paralajm\u00ebron gatishm\u00ebri edhe p\u00ebr\u00a0<strong>menaxhimin me kriza t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb imponohen nga luft<\/strong>a. Duhet t\u00eb merret parasysh edhe se n\u00eb tryez\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e kandidatura e Suedis\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtare t\u00eb NATO-s, e cila ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn bllokad\u00ebn turke. E dukshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se Programi ka edhe nj\u00eb shikim para mbi kriz\u00ebn n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb, p\u00ebrgatitje p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e pasluft\u00ebs drejt \u201c<strong>rikonstruimit dhe reform\u00ebs p\u00ebr eurointegrim\u201d<\/strong>, duke e theksuar nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb platforme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr koordinim t\u00eb rikonstruimit.<\/p>\n<p>Sfida ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr<strong>\u00a0prioritetin e dyt\u00eb \u201cKonkurenca\u201d jan\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimet e ndryshme brenda Unionit<\/strong>, posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjeve t\u00eb mundshme ndaj mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb fuqishme buxhetore amerikane ndaj kompanive t\u00eb tyre, me pasoja t\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme t\u00eb fuqishme mbi tregtin\u00eb me BE-n\u00eb. Presidenca suedeze do t\u00eb vendoset para k\u00ebrkimit t\u00eb kompromiseve midis qasjes suedeze n\u00eb tregun e hapur, forcimit t\u00eb konkurenc\u00ebs dhe risive kundrejt p\u00ebrpjekjeve franceze dhe italiane q\u00eb ndaj\u00a0<strong>sfid\u00ebs amerikane t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen me masa adekuate (mbrojt\u00ebse).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prioriteti i tret\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tranzicioni i gjelb\u00ebrt dhe energjetik.<\/strong>\u00a0Nga Suedia, si lider n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb, pritet nj\u00eb angazhim i fort\u00eb dhe kredibil. Edhepse nuk parashihen<strong>\u00a0gjendje t\u00eb reja urgjente n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e energjetik\u00ebs,<\/strong>\u00a0realizimi i k\u00ebtij prioriteti nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i leht\u00eb, sepse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb gjasht\u00eb mujore duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb negociatat nd\u00ebrinstitucionale p\u00ebr paket\u00ebn e masave legjislative t\u00eb Programit \u201cT\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr 55\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi,<strong>\u00a0prioriteti i kat\u00ebrt<\/strong>\u00a0dhe i pritsh\u00ebm, jan\u00eb\u00a0<strong>vlerat demokratike dhe sundimi i t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs<\/strong>. \u00cbsht\u00eb theksuar lufta kund\u00ebr krimit t\u00eb organizuar, por edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtja e imigracionit.<\/p>\n<p>Me siguri q\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet prizm\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebtij prioriteti t\u00eb fundit do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen edhe<strong>\u00a0marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor,<\/strong>\u00a0si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar dhe n\u00eb program. P\u00ebrndryshe, Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb relativisht koprrac n\u00eb fjal\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me zgjerimin dhe Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se<strong>\u00a0do ta vazhdoj\u00eb \u201cprocesin e integrimit t\u00eb shteteve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor<\/strong>\u201d, me mb\u00ebshtetje ndaj reformave\u00a0 n\u00eb procesin e qasjes, sigurisht duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb prioritet gjyq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe sundimit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. Mir\u00ebpo, si edhe shum\u00eb her\u00eb deri tani, aktiviteti i ardhsh\u00ebm i kryesuesit nuk mund t\u00eb parashihet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet koprracis\u00eb ose pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb premtimeve, por edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet<strong>\u00a0hapave konkret\u00eb.<\/strong>\u00a0K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb, mund t\u00eb pritet kujdes, por edhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebri. Suedia ka strategji t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e reformave n\u00eb rajon dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm e pranishme n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsive t\u00eb saj diplomatike dhe implementimit t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e reformave \u2013 SIDA.
