As a publication of the Research Group \u201cEuropean Law, Policies and Institutions\u201d, founded by the European Policy Institute &#8211; -Skopje (Skopje), University \u201cGoce Del\u010dev\u201d (\u0160tip), and South East European University (Tetovo), the Yearbook is to serve as a catalyst for policy &#8211; academic dialogue. The research included in this yearbook reflects this aim.
