{"id":21604,"date":"2022-07-10T16:15:41","date_gmt":"2022-07-10T14:15:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/?p=21604"},"modified":"2022-07-10T16:15:41","modified_gmt":"2022-07-10T14:15:41","slug":"pa-etiketime-me-argumente","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/en\/post\/21604?lang=sq","title":{"rendered":"Pa etiketime, me argumente!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Pa etiketime, me argumente!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto dit\u00eb jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb t\u00eb sulmeve ndaj organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve q\u00eb ato ndajn\u00eb publikisht dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb argumentuar me publikun n\u00eb lidhje me propozimin francez p\u00ebr hapjen e negociatave me BE-n\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebshirojm\u00eb t\u00eb theksojm\u00eb se, p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb zhvillimeve, Instituti p\u00ebr Politikav\u00eb Evropiane (EPI) do t&#8217;i q\u00ebndroj\u00eb besnik <a href=\"\/en\/per-ne\/\u043c\u0438\u0441\u0438\u0458\u0430-\u0438-\u0432\u0438\u0437\u0438\u0458\u0430\/?lang=sq\">q\u00ebllimeve, misionit dhe parimeve t\u00eb tij<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ne vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesim vlerat e BE-s\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb nenin 2 t\u00eb Traktatit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb: &#8220;respektimi i dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor, liris\u00eb, demokracis\u00eb, barazis\u00eb, sundimit t\u00eb ligjit dhe respektimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe t\u00eb drejtat e personave q\u00eb i p\u00ebrkasin pakicave\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Ne mbetemi besnik\u00eb sa i p\u00ebrket parimeve tona t\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebs, integritetit dhe pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>Mb\u00ebshtesim debatin e argumentuar, si\u00e7 i mungon opinionit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, pa e shnd\u00ebrruar k\u00ebt\u00eb debat n\u00eb \u201ctradhtar\u00eb\u201d dhe \u201cpatriot\u00eb\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Debatin p\u00ebr zgjerimin e pasurojm\u00eb me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e t\u00eb gjitha subjekteve relevante, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit zyrtar\u00eb, ekspert\u00ebt e pavarur dhe organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, qofshin t\u00eb huaja apo vendase.<\/li>\n<li>Ne do t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb hapur ndaj mediave, duke respektuar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre dhe lirin\u00eb e shprehjes, si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr vlerat themelore demokratike.<\/li>\n<li>Ne presim raportim objektiv dhe t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm, pa shtremb\u00ebrime dhe p\u00ebrmbajtje n\u00eb korniz\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>EPI do t\u00eb mbetet nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb jopartiake, e cila do t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunoj\u00eb me t\u00eb gjitha subjektet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, por edhe do t\u00eb analizoj\u00eb, kritikoj\u00eb dhe propozoj\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb hulumtime dhe prova.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pa etiketime, me argumente!
