Instituti p\u00ebr politik\u00eb evropiane organizon Anket\u00ebn e tret\u00eb debatuese n\u00eb vend n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Universitetin Stanford nga ShBA. Anketa debatuese \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb unike e konsultimit mbi politikat q\u00eb kombinon teknikat e anketimit t\u00eb opinionit publik dhe debatin publik.<\/p>\n

Ai synon t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb se si do t\u00eb dukej opinioni publik p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tem\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, n\u00ebse qytetar\u00ebt do t\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb njiheshin m\u00eb shum\u00eb me tem\u00ebn. Anketa debatuese tregon preferencat dhe opinionet e qytetar\u00ebve para dhe pas nj\u00eb prezantimi t\u00eb detajuar t\u00eb tem\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Para se t\u00eb mbahet ngjarja, n\u00eb prill dhe maj 2022 u realizua anketa e par\u00eb me most\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese prej 1200 t\u00eb anketuarve nga i gjith\u00eb vendi. N\u00eb ngjarjen debatuese, e cila do t\u00eb mbahet m\u00eb 4 dhe 5 qershor, 140 prej t\u00eb anketuarve t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 11 grupe do t\u00eb informohen dhe m\u00ebsohen mes nj\u00ebri-tjetrit p\u00ebr sistemin zgjedhor dhe reformat n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor. M\u00eb pas, secili grup do t’i parashtroj\u00eb pyetje panelit me ekspert\u00ebt dhe politikan\u00ebt nga i gjith\u00eb spektri, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb formojn\u00eb q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb informuara dhe t\u00eb paanshme.<\/p>\n

Anketa debatuese mat rezultatet, por edhe ndryshimet n\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet e qytetar\u00ebve para dhe pas ngjarjes debatuese.<\/p>\n
