The participants learned more about the systemic approach to the mediation by Mayke Smit and Marlene Panis introduced them to the practice of\u00a0mediation in criminal proceedings under Dutch law.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-20824 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/obuka2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/obuka2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/obuka2.jpg 768w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/obuka2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/obuka2.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This second training was organized as part of the project \u201cMediate, do not hesitate!\u201d, which is implemented by the European Policy Institute (EPI) \u2013 Skopje in cooperation with the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors \u201cPavel Shatev\u201d, the Chamber of Mediators of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Mediators Federation Netherlands.
