The situation is different with the private sector, which would choose to settle a dispute with mediation.<\/p>\n<p>This research will help to concretize the activities for even greater promotion of mediation in the country. EPI as a lead of the project \u201cMediate, do not hesitate!\u201d in the coming period will focus on informing and educating the target<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-18122 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Medijacija-Nastan2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Medijacija-Nastan2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Medijacija-Nastan2.jpg 768w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Medijacija-Nastan2.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/epi.org.mk\/wp-content\/uploads\/Medijacija-Nastan2.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At today\u2019s discussion, the State Adviser at the Ministry of Justice, Radica Lazareska Gerovska and the mediator Gordana Bogreska, together with the participants debated on how mediation can improve the right to access justice.<\/p>\n<p>This event was organized as part of the project \u201cMediate, do not hesitate!\u201c,\u00a0 implemented by the European Policy Institute (EPI)- Skopje in cooperation with The Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors \u201cPavel Shatev\u201d, The Chamber of Mediators of the Republic of North Macedonia and The Mediators Federation Netherlands.
