Raporti i t\u00eb Drejtave Themelore t\u00eb FRA-s\u00eb 2021 p\u00ebrshkruan ndikimin e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat dhe sugjeron se si t\u00eb adresohen m\u00eb s\u00eb miri pabarazit\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet n\u00eb rritje p\u00ebr kohezionin shoq\u00ebror.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;COVID-19 testoi zgjidhjen e sistemeve t\u00eb mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave themelore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb BE-n\u00eb&#8221; thot\u00eb Drejtori i FRA, Michael O&#8217;Flaherty. \u201cQeverit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb struktura t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar pabarazin\u00eb, racizmin dhe p\u00ebrjashtimin. Vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb qasje e bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat lejon qeverit\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb shoq\u00ebri gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse. \u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raporti i FRA-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat Themelore 2021 pasqyron zhvillimet dhe mungesat e mbrojtjes s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb BE gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar. Kapitulli i fokusuar n\u00eb korona virusin rishikon ndikimin e pandemis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat themelore dhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb grupeve e pambrojtura si njer\u00ebzit e moshuar, personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, rom\u00ebt dhe migrant\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shikuar m\u00eb tej, qeverit\u00eb duhet t\u00eb konsultohen me organet komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar se si veprimet e tyre p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin publik ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat themelore. Ata gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">forcojn\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e sh\u00ebrbimeve arsimore, t\u00eb kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes sociale p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur nevojat e gjithsecilit;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">miratojn\u00eb zgjidhje dixhitale, t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcej\u00eb ndarjen dixhitale dhe t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb dezinformimin;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kushtojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje grupeve me rrezik t\u00eb lart\u00eb si ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebn kujdes, t\u00eb arrestuar ose t\u00eb pastreh\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sigurojn\u00eb qasje t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb vaksina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb tjera kryesore n\u00eb vitin 2020 p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Racizmi<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; pandemia nxiti diskriminimin, krimin e urrejtjes dhe gjuh\u00ebn e urrejtjes ndaj pakicave, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht njer\u00ebzve me prejardhje emigrante dhe rom\u00ebve. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, l\u00ebvizja Black Lives Matter dhe plani i par\u00eb i BE-s\u00eb i veprimit Antiraciz\u00ebm mobilizuan p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar racizmin n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb. Vendet e BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shtojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar racizmin p\u00ebrmes planeve komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb veprimit, t\u00eb penalizojn\u00eb krimin e urrejtjes, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin viktimat dhe t\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb profilizimin etnik diskriminues n\u00eb polici.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Migrimi<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; respektimi i t\u00eb drejtave themelore n\u00eb kufij mbetet sfid\u00eb n\u00eb BE. Migrant\u00ebt vdiq\u00ebn n\u00eb det, u p\u00ebrball\u00ebn me dhun\u00eb dhe regime n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb tok\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe mbipopullim n\u00eb qendrat e pritjes. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Paktin e propozuar t\u00eb migracionit dhe azilit t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, vendet e BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb nj\u00eb monitorim efektiv dhe t\u00eb pavarur p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar abuzimet e t\u00eb drejtave n\u00eb kufij. Ata gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb leht\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme n\u00eb qendrat e pritjes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>T\u00eb drejtat e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; shum\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb vuajt\u00ebn gjat\u00eb pandemis\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ata me prejardhje t\u00eb pafavorshme ekonomike ose shoq\u00ebrore. Edukimi n\u00eb distanc\u00eb ishte i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb pa qasje n\u00eb internet ose kompjuter\u00eb. Abuzimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve gjithashtu u rrit gjat\u00eb mbylljes dhe karantin\u00ebs. BE-ja duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb iniciativat n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Garanc\u00ebs evropiane p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme duke targetuar sfera dhe grupe m\u00eb t\u00eb prekura nga pandemia. Vendet e BE-s\u00eb duhet t\u00eb sigurojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb qasje t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb arsim dhe t\u00eb mbrohen nga abuzimi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raporti p\u00ebrmbledh dhe analizon zhvillimet kryesore t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut n\u00eb BE n\u00eb vitin 2020.
