Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb ne mund t\u00eb eksportojm\u00eb pa detyrime doganore, duke filluar nga viti 2001, dhe q\u00eb nga viti 2011 ky proces kishte p\u00ebrfunduar, me faktin se tani edhe produktet evropiane hyjn\u00eb te ne pa detyrime doganore&#8221;, tha profesoresha Mojsovska.<\/p>\n<p>Konferenca u mbajt me rastin e 20-vjetorit t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb Stabilizim-Asociimit, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar 10-vjetorin e themelimit t\u00eb EPI.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_raw_code wpb_raw_html wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<center><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FEPI.Skopje%2Fvideos%2F1514744742250665%2F&show_text=false&width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/center>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e saj hyr\u00ebse, drejtoresha e Institutit p\u00ebr Politik\u00eb Evropiane (EPI), Simonida Kacarska tha se vendi ka arritur nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb harmonizimit me legjislacionin evropian, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb lidhje me faz\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e p\u00ebrafrimit, e cila nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultat i Marr\u00ebveshjes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ne nuk do t\u00eb ishim atje ku jemi n\u00eb krahasim me vendet e tjera t\u00eb rajonit n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb ishte Marr\u00ebveshja e Stabilizim-Asociimit, pa marr\u00eb parasysh sa d\u00ebshironim q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb hap drejt negociatave,&#8221; tha Kacarska.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Evropiane, Nikolla Dimitrov tha se q\u00ebndrimi i tij ndaj jubileut t\u00eb MSA-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ambivalent, sepse nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb kjo korniz\u00eb ligjore na ka ndihmuar shum\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa nga ana tjet\u00ebr ajo na p\u00ebrkujton koh\u00ebn e humbur, brezat e humbur dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e humbura.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ne ishim t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb e shfryt\u00ebzuam k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi por ende nuk kemi filluar negociatat e pranimit. Por, sado i madh t\u00eb jet\u00eb tundimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb kurth dhe p\u00ebr t&#8217;u ndjer\u00eb si nj\u00eb viktim\u00eb e padrejt\u00eb, un\u00eb preferoj t\u00eb shoh se \u00e7far\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb s&#8217;ka alternativ\u00eb, rrug\u00ebn evropiane, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t&#8217;ia dalim&#8221;, shtoi Dimitrov.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs-udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsja e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut n\u00eb Komisionin Evropian, Marie Teresa Moran, theksoi se p\u00ebrfitimi m\u00eb i madh ekonomik nga Marr\u00ebveshja \u00ebsht\u00eb se mbi 95% e produkteve t\u00eb vendit mund t\u00eb importohen n\u00eb BE pa detyrime doganore. Ajo theksoi se BE-ja aktualisht \u00ebsht\u00eb duke punuar n\u00eb integrimin ekonomik t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb BE dhe p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00ebllim \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe propozimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Treg t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt rajonal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;P\u00ebrve\u00e7 planit p\u00ebr rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen ekonomike dhe luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr KOVID-19 dhe pasojave t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb, ne kemi propozuar q\u00eb Tregu i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt rajonal t\u00eb integrohet n\u00eb Tregun e vet\u00ebm evropian. &#8220;Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb, por nj\u00eb hap\u00eb drejt integrimit,&#8221; shtoi Moran.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb panelin ku u diskutuan p\u00ebrfitimet, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe potencialet e pashfryt\u00ebzuara t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes, sekretari shtet\u00ebror n\u00eb Sekretariatin p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtje Evropiane Dragan Tilev tha se Marr\u00ebveshja e Stabilizim-Asociimit \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm transformues p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Marr\u00ebveshja e Stabilizim-Asociimit hapi rrug\u00ebn, si ekonomikisht ashtu dhe politikisht, dhe vuri themelet p\u00ebr struktur\u00ebn ton\u00eb aktuale administrative dhe institucionale,&#8221; tha Tilev.<\/p>\n<p>Integrimi i suksessh\u00ebm n\u00eb BE \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamundur pa integrimin rajonal, theksoi profesori nga Fakulteti Juridik &#8220;Justiniani i Par\u00eb&#8221;, Van\u00e7o Uzunov dhe shtoi se, megjithat\u00eb, ai proces nuk duhet t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsoj\u00eb integrimin n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;P\u00ebr vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Maqedona, bashk\u00ebpunimi rajonal ka kapacitetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar performanc\u00ebn ekonomike dhe p\u00ebr ta \u00e7uar vendin drejt rritjes ekonomike n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb afatshkurt\u00ebr dhe afatmesme,&#8221; shtoi Uzunov.<\/p>\n<p>Profesori i Universitetit &#8220;N\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza&#8221;, Agim Mamuti tha se duhet t\u00eb forcohet besueshm\u00ebria dhe kapaciteti i institucioneve kryesore ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Ai gjithashtu sugjeroi q\u00eb trajtimi i sfidave ekonomike, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim cil\u00ebsor t\u00eb segmenteve kryesore t\u00eb klim\u00ebs s\u00eb investimeve dhe politikave makroekonomike t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruara n\u00eb stabilitetin makroekonomik, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb konsolidimin fiskal, respektivisht uljen e borxhit dhe deficitin buxhetor.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutant\u00ebt dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb konferenc\u00eb analizuan p\u00ebrfitimet, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe potencialet e pashfryt\u00ebzuara t\u00eb MSA-s\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e saj me BE-n\u00eb dhe diskutuan p\u00ebr drejtimet e ardhshme sa i p\u00ebrket zbatimit t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Marr\u00ebveshja e Stabilizim-Asociimit midis Maqedonis\u00eb dhe BE-s\u00eb ofron nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh mund\u00ebsish q\u00eb nuk u jan\u00eb shpjeguar sistematikisht kompanive dhe industris\u00eb n\u00eb vend, tha sot profesoresha Silvana Mojsovska nga Instituti Ekonomik n\u00eb konferenc\u00ebn \"MK-EU MSA: Nj\u00ebzet vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb\", organizuar nga Instituti p\u00ebr Politik\u00eb Evropiane.
