E drejta p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mjedis t\u00eb past\u00ebr luan nj\u00eb rol kryesor n\u00eb t\u00eb pasurit e nj\u00eb jete t\u00eb past\u00ebr dhe kjo e drejt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, mjedisi \u00ebsht\u00eb i rrezikuar p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb ndryshme nga ndotja e ajrit, uji i pist\u00eb gjer tek mbeturinat n\u00ebp\u00ebr parqe, dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb p\u00ebrmes formave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb aktivizmit dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjes, p\u00ebrpiqen ta mbrojn\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Diskutimi “Pjes\u00ebmarrja e t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb mbrojtjen, promovimin dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr mjedisor jet\u00ebsor t\u00eb past\u00ebr si e drejt\u00eb e njeriut”,<\/strong> i cili u zhvillua m\u00eb 26 janar, u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb hapte tem\u00ebn e m\u00ebnyrave se si t\u00eb maksimizohet potenciali i rinis\u00eb n\u00eb promovimin dhe realizimin e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr mjedis t\u00eb past\u00ebr si e drejt\u00eb themelore e njeriut.<\/p>\n

Konventa e Aarhusit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga dokumentet dhe mjetet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe t\u00eb fuqishme nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb u sh\u00ebrben aktivist\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj. N\u00eb shtyllat e saj, Konventa p\u00ebrcakton q\u00eb publiku ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb informohet – dometh\u00ebn\u00eb, duke paraqitur nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr qasje n\u00eb informacionin publik, t\u00eb rinjve u jepet e drejta t\u00eb informohen p\u00ebr gjendjen e mjedisit. Sidoqoft\u00eb, nga ana tjet\u00ebr, institucionet kompetente jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb informojn\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb vendimet p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e mjedisit. Shteti, si vend q\u00eb ka ratifikuar dhe transpozuar n\u00eb legjislacionin e tij dokumentet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb, ka nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur mjedisin dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb informohen sa duhet dhe t’i p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb ato n\u00eb vendimet e marra n\u00eb lidhje me menaxhimin e burimeve natyrore.<\/p>\n

“Besoj se t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrojn\u00eb energjin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb formimin e m\u00eb shum\u00eb organizatave rinore q\u00eb do t\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn publike dhe do t\u00eb marrin masa p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur mjedisin.”<\/em><\/p>\n

N\u00eb diskutim u theksua se k\u00ebshillet rinore, qoft\u00eb ato nacional apo lokale, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen m\u00eb aktivisht n\u00eb vendimmarrje n\u00eb komunat ku veprojn\u00eb dhe ata duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e tyre n\u00eb qendrat, gjegj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb k\u00ebshillat komunal\u00eb ku ata do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendimet n\u00eb nivel lokal q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me mbrojtjen e mjedisit. Ajo theksoi q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb aktiv\u00eb, por n\u00eb proaktivitetin e tyre duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb ligjit dhe akteve ligjore, sepse n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb sistem dhe t\u00eb sjellin ndryshime.<\/p>\n

“Nevojitet bashk\u00ebpunim midis organizatave q\u00eb tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb n\u00eb lobim dhe avokim p\u00ebr disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje mjedisore, q\u00eb forca dhe z\u00ebri i aktivist\u00ebve t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb tek vet\u00eb personat n\u00eb detyr\u00eb.”<\/em><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb diskutimit, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb diskutuan edhe p\u00ebr aspekte t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb tem\u00ebs, duke filluar nga m\u00ebnyra se si t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb edukuar nga familja dhe n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb; si adresohet \u00e7\u00ebshtja e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr mjedisor jet\u00ebsor n\u00eb nivel komunal, lokal, n\u00eb at\u00eb qendror; t\u00eb kuptuarit se \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i politikave n\u00eb nivelin komb\u00ebtar. Gjithashtu u diskutuan edhe temat se si t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb (jo) vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr probleme t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr mjedisin jet\u00ebsor, zgjidhje t\u00eb caktuara ose pengesa dhe se si ata si t\u00eb rinj mund t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb theksojn\u00eb se duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi personale kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e mjedisit dhe burimet natyrore dhe se mosbesimi i autoriteteve dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb tyre kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e mjedisit po rritet, por gjithsesi pritet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e tyre. \u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se megjith\u00ebse ekziston nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb e caktuar p\u00ebr aktiviz\u00ebm, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri tema e mjedisit \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb nuk mund ta zgjidhet plot\u00ebsisht individualisht, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problem i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunitetit dhe q\u00eb i gjith\u00eb komuniteti duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet, qoft\u00eb ajo n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ndryshimeve institucionale gjegj\u00ebsisht t\u00eb sistemit ose p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb organizata ose iniciativa t\u00eb caktuara.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, mbrojtja e mjedisit duhet t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb kurrikul\u00ebn e shkollave fillore, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e ruajtjes s\u00eb mjedisit. Kjo u p\u00ebrmend si nj\u00eb rekomandim gjat\u00eb diskutimit sepse shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar ose nuk jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb informuar n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit gjithashtu ndan\u00eb iniciativat e tyre personale q\u00eb kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb, t\u00eb tilla si: pastrimi i objekteve t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb shkollat \u200b\u200be tyre; pastrimin e zonave t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb qytetet e tyre; pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb protesta kund\u00ebr ndotjes s\u00eb ajrit; si dhe krijimin e videove<\/a> p\u00ebr student\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb stimuluar interesin, por edhe p\u00ebr t’i informuar ata se si njer\u00ebzit ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb mjedis.<\/p>\n

Si pjes\u00eb e diskutimit, s\u00eb bashku me dhjet\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs t\u00eb rinj nga qytete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 18 deri 24 vje\u00e7, ishte e ftuar edhe ekspertja dhe nj\u00ebherit edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr mjedis jet\u00ebsor t\u00eb past\u00ebr, Evgenija Krstevska<\/strong>.
