gjyq\u00ebsorin n\u00eb Republik\u00eb e Maqedonis\u00eb. -T\u00eb njihet dobia e VNR-s\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e vendimmarrjes dhe t\u00eb avancohet\u00a0cil\u00ebsia e procesit t\u00eb vendimmarrjes t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb fakte dhe hulumtime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grupet e synuara<\/strong>\u00a0n\u00eb suaza t\u00eb projektit jan\u00eb<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25cf Organizatat qytetare aktive n\u00eb ndjekjen dhe evaluimin e politikave publike nga sfera e gjyq\u00ebsorit.<\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Institucionet shtet\u00ebrore (Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb)<\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Shoqata e gjyqtar\u00ebve e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb grupit punues p\u00ebr Kapitullin 23 n\u00eb suaza t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs NPAA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si p\u00ebrdorues p\u00ebrfundimtar<\/strong>\u00a0t\u00ebprojektit identifikohen sh\u00ebrbyesit shtet\u00ebror dhe sh\u00ebrbyesit gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb direkte punojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e vendimeve gjyq\u00ebsore nga sfera e gjyq\u00ebsorit, mediumet q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb informata p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjen dhe ndikimin e vendimeve gjyq\u00ebsore dhe publiku m\u00eb i gj\u00ebr q\u00eb ka interes direkt p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ligjdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rezultate:\u00a0<\/strong>Me implementimin e projektit t\u00eb parashikuar, parashikohet t\u00eb arrihen k\u00ebto tre rezultate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25cf Forcimi i bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb mes institucioneve gjyq\u00ebsore dhe organizatave qytetare n\u00eb zbatimin e VNR-s\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Kontribut n\u00eb diskursin shkencor p\u00ebr kuptimin e VNR-s\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e legjislacionit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Ligjit p\u00ebr gjykata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vet\u00ebdije e forcuar p\u00ebr kuptimin e VNR-s\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet promovimit t\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb projektit n\u00eb
