Si t\u00eb krijohet administrat\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor? Pse \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme ky\u00e7ja e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile? Pse \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme qasja rajonale p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e qeverisjes s\u00eb mir\u00eb?<\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi ju njohtojm\u00eb p\u00ebr konferenc\u00ebn dy ditore q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbahet m\u00eb 25 dhe 26 shtator, 2018, n\u00eb Beograd, ku do t\u00eb kemi diskutim t\u00eb hapur p\u00ebr temat e lart p\u00ebrmendura si dhe p\u00ebr tema t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00eb suaza t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje do t\u00eb prezentojm\u00eb Raportin rajonal p\u00ebr monitorim t\u00eb RAP \u2013 nji nga rezulatet ky\u00e7e nga hulumtimi jon\u00eb krahasimor nga monitorimi i RAP n\u00eb suaza t\u00eb projektit WeBER. Sesion i posa\u00e7\u00ebm do t\u00eb fokusohet n\u00eb monitorimin e RAP nga organizatat lokale civile, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe storje nga qytete dhe komunat dhe do t\u00eb prezentohen projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme lokale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb konferenc\u00eb do t\u00eb marin pjes\u00eb pal\u00ebt e interesuara nga sfera e RAP, mes t\u00eb cil\u00ebve edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, mediumeve, qeverive si dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb organizatave rajonale dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00ebmarrje aktive nga Instituti p\u00ebr politik\u00eb evropiane do t\u00eb ket\u00eb drejtoresha, d-r. Simonida Kacarska, q\u00eb do t\u00eb moderon diskutimin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrparimin rajonal n\u00eb reformat e administrat\u00ebs publike dhe do t\u2019i jap\u00eb rishikim p\u00ebrfundimtar ngjarjes. Gjithashtu, Aleksandra Ivanovska, hulumtuese n\u00eb EPI, do t\u00eb jap\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr n\u00eb diskutimin p\u00ebr llogari dh\u00ebnien n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn publike.<\/p>\n
